like like when u really want something you don't get it.
then after that you are just doing it for fun but then
you accidentally get it.
then you dont really feel like putting in effort to continue it.
but people will be disappointed.
but if u are doing it to prevent people from getting disappointed,
then it beats the purpose of you doing it in the first place.
because u just want to silently do it for yourself .

haha nonsense.

judge judge judge
people like to judge alot.

two girls. judge one pretty one ugly.
one group. judge leader judge follower.
one class. judge smartass judge lazybums.
one level. judge good class judge bad class.

aiyo.
judge by looks.
judge by cert.
judge by others' opinions.

and of how many times,
do you really know what is happening.
or are u just judging and believing what you see from the outside.

you know in movies we are like
within dark four walls
overwhelmed with visual and sound effects.
actually bombarded with it.
and we really focus on the movie.
we feel what the director want us to feel.

so
why can't we focus on our textbooks just like that?

Interest VS ability
Interest and ability- are they proportional?
And what comes first?

Ability comes with practice,
tell me, what can you do well that doesn't need practice?
(Slacking probably, but it's not an ability. It's an ultimate relaxation.)
But what do you practise frequently?
Most probably something that interest you more than others right?
So the more interested you are, the more effort you put in to practise and the better your ability gets.
Like if you are interested in playing badminton, you will willingly play until your arms sore, your legs wobble, and of course you get better and better after each play.
So does ability comes after interest?

Then again, if you are good in something, you would naturally come to like something right?
who wouldnt be interested in being the fastest runner, if you can be the fastest runner?
who wouldnt be interested in topping all exams, if you can top all exams?
IF YOU CAN.
so does interest come after ability?

If you are not interested in something, but you put in effort due to forced circumstances, and become really good at it, wouldn't you come to the day when you are interested to do the thing you are good at? But people wouldn't usually put in effort in something they are not interested in, unless of course, under forced circumstances, but when finally given a choice, they wouldn't be interested in it at all.
So i suppose interest is proportional to high ability.
But not proportional to basic ability, because you can JUST DO IT despite being uninterested, thus acquiring the basic ability.
But to be truly knowledgable and good in a certain aspect, a certain level of interest is needed, yeah?

What constitutes interest then?
To be interested in something means having the desire to want to excel in something.
Say, if you are interested in social studies( i got f9 BOO)
you would surely want to get a1 for it right?
You might not get it due to reasons like lack of effort, but you would want to get a1.
that is the desire to want to excel in something.
that is being INTERESTED.
So, if you are interested, and you work at it,
in an ideal situation,
your ability would increase as well.
So, ability don't come with interest.
ability comes with hard work.
and the will to do hard work comes with determination.
and simply being interested just does not mean you will be determined to work hard.

so i suppose interest and ability are indirectly linked, and certainly not directly proportional,
such that being interested doesn't mean you are able to do it.
and being able to do it might not mean you are interested.

although it certainly is a waste if you are able to do it, but not at all interested, whereas in another situation somebody else might be really interested and working really hard, wanting to be able to do it, but cannot make it.

the more important part is probably the interest part,
because at the end,
we are to lead a happy life,
and to lead a happy life,
we should do what we are more interested in.

it's not like you want to, then you can have.
it's not like you work hard, you can get.
it's not like you happy, then people happy.
it's not like you try already, then will be good enough.

sometimes it's better not to try.
so don't even think about it.

like a bird on the windowsill.
so many other stray birds.
but the bird is still sitting there.
doesnt want to follow any other.
neither does the bird knows if the bird which flown away will be back.

its like
looking forward to a promise that was never made.
looking forward to be under the wings but not knowing if the wings will really be comfy enough.

so many bullshit is happening.
gruff.

everyone sees such different sides of me,
that it seems ridiculous sometimes.

I feel like Clarrisse.
there is something really wrong with the society but the problem is too rooted.
and i can't be brave like Montag and try to change the society.
there's HOPE for Montag, but none for me.
there are certain things that have to be accepted.
but i dont like it.
dont like dont like.

it's a crazy world.
very funny one!
one goose, two geese. so one moose, two meese.
and is cheese the plural of choose?

nose can run! feet can smell!

Why is it that when the sun or the moon or the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible; that when I clip a coupon from a newspaper I separate it, but when I clip a coupon to a newspaper, I fasten it; and that when I wind up my watch, I start it, but when I wind up this essay, I shall end it?
English is a crazy language.

The movie kept me literally glued to my seat. The chances of our buttocks being literally epoxied to a seat are about as small as the chances of our literally rolling in the aisles while watching a funny movie or literally drowning in tears while watching a sad one. We actually mean The movie kept me figuratively glued to my seat -- but who needs figuratively, anyway?

If a candy cane is shaped like a cane, why isnt a doughnut shaped like a nut?

Watch your head.
I keep seeing this sign on low doorways, but I haven't figured out how to follow the instructions. Trying to watch your head is like trying to bite your teeth.

Still, you have to marvel at the unique lunacy of the English language, in which your house can simultaneously burn up and burn down, in which you fill in a form by filling out a form, in which you add up a column of figures by adding them down, in which your alarm clock goes off by going on, in which you are inoculated for measles by being inoculated against measles, and in which you first chop a tree down -- and then you chop it up.

go read the whole thing alright, at:
