Sometimes you really can't help but to roll eye and whatever, wtf, go away.

Like when you are worrying about something that is as problematic as a mountain,
people come troubling you with their worries about problems that are as problematic as a molehill.
(wah, look at my english man. power T.T)

Like when you are worrying about whether you can afford to eat dinner, some people come along and ask you if they should eat abalone or shark's fin for dinner.

Geddit?

Nothing to approve, disapprove of.
It is just shocking.
Something must have happened, duh.
As people call it, wasted.
I really hate the word.

Ok lor, talk about speech day.
Have you guys realised speech day will be the end?
Like the final thing we get to do in anderson.
Of course, the love will be there forever (wah, yucks)

I think missing anderson is an overstatement (yeah, because im didnt go jc)
I do miss secondary school life, it's just the part of your life where amazing things happen.
I'm so glad I held on to the end, having another secondary school just opposite your house sucked to the max. Who understands?

Enjoyed upper sec life much more than lower sec.
I don't know why (okay actually i know why.)

Okay, so like I'm gonna brace myself along with ppl like JC, P, YT, etc etc.
To watch the 6 and 7 pointers take the prize.
It's something we once thought we could, but now we know we couldn't, and it sucks to say, there isn't anything we can do abt it.
For me is because of chem mcq lah, too relax and complacent at the last day.
But I mean, I did what I did.
So at least I know what I did.

Seeyou that day, andersonians.

Some feelings will pass, but some will not, they will stay on and on,
and rip your heart apart.

How do you know if it will pass or not?

Time will tell.

How long will it take?

a picture.
A picture captures the moment, that is actually only for a split second.
As much as it could capture the happiness and joy, all that lies beneath may be only an act, as we all say, pose for the picture. Pose. haha.
So, a picture actually says nothing.
Therefore, a picture speaks a thousand words does not make much sense.
However, the memories that lie beneath each picture speaks a thousand words.
What I am actually trying to say is that, as much as a happy picture could mean happy memories, it could jolly well bring sad memories.

In this world, everyone is seeking everyone's approval, appraisal and acceptance.

Like sometimes you ask people about their opinions on matters that you actually have made a decision deep inside. That's the subconcious state of mind searching for people's approval.

Sometimes you start doing things that you really like without much people knowing, and yet you still do it, and while doing it, you actually start promoting it, and speaking about it in very positive attitude, that's trying to gain people's acceptance.

Of course one would say Please lah, like whatever, I just do what I like, dont care la.
And you start showing, telling and sharing your own beliefs and things that very little people do.
That might be in a way showing people that I dont care about what others feel.
But, you are actually still trying to gain people's acceptance, accepting your I-dont-care attitude.
Accepting that not bothering might be the way out, that may seem as you dont really care if people accepts, but actually you are still trying to want people to accept.

That is why we like people to like what we do, and so we try to like what people do.
People wont say out clearly that they actually like people to approve of them, because it seems stupid, like it seems so dependent and childish. But we all seek each other's approval. That's human.

the bad things in life.
1. when you didn't receive messages someone sent, and the person did sent it to you.
the next bad thing that follows is missing out on whatever event was supposed to be conveyed to you in that message.

2. when you want to go out with a not so close friend, but there are few or none common friends to ask along to fight the awkwardness.
the next bad thing that follows is that you lose chances becoming best friends with that friend who had so much potential to be one.

3. when the only reason you don't wanna be short is because people around you are so tall.
the next bad thing that follows is that you wallow in self pity. LOL.

4. when you hear so much about someone
but you don't get to meet the person.
the next bad thing that follows is that you waste time thinking about the existence of such a person, and whether the person heard of you.

5. when you are so indecisive that after you decided to do something, you started doing another thing. wtf.

Dirt
Read this is in a erm HC high school camp booklet from Yt's bro,
HAHA(because HC again.).

One day, a horse was lost and when the owner found it, it was trapped in a well.
The owner decided that the horse was old and it wasn't worth the effort to rescue the horse,
and since the well needed to be covered up, this was just that time.
The owner and the villagers started shovelling dirt into the well.
When the horse realised what was happening, it was devastated. At first, the horse cried and cried.
However, soon the horse stopped making noises and started shaking the dirt off its body.
As the dirt started piling up higher and higher as the horse continued to shake it off its body, the horse stood higher and higher as well.
When the dirt finally levelled with the well, the horse galloped off smartly.

Life is gonna shovel dirts on you, all kinds of dirt.
and you decide if you are gonna shake it off, or be buried alive.

What it appears to be.
We cannot change the cards we are dealt with, just how we play the hand.
-Randy Pausch

The may seem an uplifting quote at first,
but as you sink deeper to think about it, it's actually quite heartbreaking because it speaks that we cannot change the cards we are dealt with, and different people are actually dealt with cards that are so different, so diverse, it makes things so complicated. Yes, you can decide how you play the hand, you might be able to see some new ways of arranging such that you can use your cards better, but there's a limit to how much you can do.

It's like someone born with a golden spoon in his mouth, getting the best opportunities one can ever get, stretching to his full potential.
That's the given cards, so perfect, like getting four 2s for daidee.
And the guy play the cards well, he excels in everything and yeah yeah.. you get it from there.

Then at the other player's side, the cards are so lousy.
Even if he is so optimistic, happy, dilligent in life,
there's only so much he can achieve.
And he probably did alot more to play his cards.

This leads on to opportunities.
Ok it's a never ending story..
Another think too much case, as usual.

I think people keep putting off the problem of "rich and poor"
because they immediately think about rich, MIGHT NOT BE HAPPY RIGHT?
just because someone said it in the past, then they thought it was logical and they kept reiterating without digesting.
that's what's happening in society nowadays.
repeating, copying and pasting, without digesting, understanding, thinking.
hmm, what if people are rich AND happy?

Then the rest we all go suck thumbs. yay.

It's really not everyday you get to see a big jellyfish floating around marina barrage.
LOOK-AT-THE-HAZE man look at the haze.
so sad. for the tourism, for the resort, for the money, we sacrifice the environment IS IT.
HAHA, talking like a blabbering kid here.
Not a strong environment protector la, just thought that the picture look better with the sky clear blue.

Heard of many things that are worth getting happy about today. Great.
Okay Bye.

2:13 AM

am happy today.
awareness brings deeper insight.
like you realise how small you actually are, how much more some people are actually doing, compared with people who got it just like that.
it's crazy, it's almost like
LUCK.
and what life presents you with, and what you grab for yourself.

It's like a normal person achieving maybe 10 distinctions in a top JC is nothing (13 then is something mah. HAHAHA), whereas someone maybe who suffered something or lost someone and PASS a levels is everything.
Not feeling particularly towards any side, just feel HMMMS. like each and every single one's different route.
Actually, what if a normal person and someone who lost someone got the same results? people would pay more attention to the one who lost someone, because apparently, she had to deal with emotions, etc. But what if, say, that incident didn't happened to her, and she acheived the same results, then the attention shown on her would be much lesser, i expect.
What if, that incident brought about the results?
What if, without that incident, she wouldn't have acheived that results?

Follow your heart baby :)
just another story :)

Because it's time to grow up
and understand.

understand that you cannot make whatever you want to happen happen, because when things happen, they are linked with factors like time, money and effort, and you are just you.

you stand in the road, a car whoosh by, just when you thought you got your balance, another car swoosh by. Stranded, you wonder how are you going to cross the road.

very emo. cannot ah?

Oh im not working for it show anymore, because I dont feel like going for training part two. wtf. all the intel core, pentium, whatever make me giddy. But im responsible la, told the person alr.

I think Time is a joke as well, not just life.
It's like sooo important at times, yet so abundant at times.

human psychology
Been wondering, would you rather get 6 A2s or 3 A1s and 3 B3s? Both cases give an L1R5 of twelve points. Most people would choose the former, simply because it looks nicer to have more As on that sheet of paper. But then im sure if someone got that result, he or she would be complaining about how he or she didn't get any A1s at all. And yet, if given a choice, most would rather choose six A2s. This case senario aptly depicts the crazy human mind. Actually depends on which 3subjects are the A1s right?
